My love for cooking started at a young age when growing up in Guatemala and cooking for family and friends. When I moved to Medicine Hat I had the opportunity to open my own restaurant and pursue my passion of cooking for many years. Although I have tried many different things over my life, my heart always returned to the joy of sharing my love of cooking with family, friends and guests of my restaurant. I look forward to sharing my creations with you and welcoming you to my restaurant.
