Douglas Meats has been a part of the Medicine Hat community for over 35 years. It has changed hands a few times over the years, but the recipes and quality of our sausage has not changed. We still make the same Garlic sausage as we did when we opened our doors, along with our popular Farmers sausage that we added a few years later.
All of our products are made with Alberta beef and hickory smoked in our gas powered smokers.
Pop in today and try our classic Garlic sausage, or a cheesy cheddar smokie, or some of our in-house marinated and smoked beef jerky, bring home a box of lean beef hamburgers for a weekend barbeque. - Or if you have some deboned wild game, we can easily turn it into one of our sausage recipes, or bring in your own recipe for us to use!
