The Esplanade’s modern design features versatility, from private meeting rooms to our studio theatre, main stage, rooftop terrace and open lobby space. Hold meetings, host receptions or throw parties in one of the Esplanade’s many unique spaces.The Esplanade has two parking lots which may be used by your guests.
The surface lot is by permit use only during the day Monday – Friday and free for use on evenings and weekends. The underground parkade can be utilized at the daily rate per vehicle or rented out entirety for your guests.Whether you are planning an event for 20 or 200 people, the Esplanade has a room that will fit your needs. Provide us with the details of your event and we will provide a variety of options to suit your needs.The Esplanade grounds and interior are accessible to all.
The Esplanade is a facility that allows alcohol to be served, provided the appropriate insurance and permits are secured and a copy is made available to the Guest Services Supervisor. Compliance with the City of Medicine Hat’s Alcohol Management Policy No. 0310 and the Gaming and Liquor Act will also be required as well as the use of our in house bar staff. Smoking is not permitted.
