Sunday Reset is a calming restorative experience designed to help release tension, quiet the mind, and prepare you for the week ahead. Each session combines fully supported restorative yoga postures with guided Yoga Nidra, a powerful meditation practice often described as “yogic sleep.” Together, these practices help the nervous system shift out of stress mode and into a deeply relaxed state where the body can truly restore. You’ll rest comfortably in gentle, supported positions while being guided into deep relaxation, helping reduce stress, improve sleep, and restore your energy. No yoga experience or flexibility is required. Just come as you are. Many participants describe it as the most restful hour of their week. This special 6-week series runs Sundays from April 12 to May 17 and is designed to help you build a consistent practice of rest and renewal.
