Join Søren Lorentzen (Viola) for an evening of music celebrating the rich and diverse landscape of Canadian composition. This program features works exclusively by Canadian composers, spanning lyrical, reflective pieces to bold contemporary soundscapes. Collaborating with piano and chamber ensemble, Søren will be joined by Elaine Dobek-Shandro, Denis Kim, Dr. Hendrik Hak, Debasri Jena, Christine Bootland, and Evan Klick. The evening will include a newly commissioned work receiving its Canadian premiere.
