The Medicine Hat Sport and Event Council hosts two Stakeholder Meetings per year. These meetings include an update on the MHSEC, what has been accomplished since the last meeting and any updated or upcoming new services. This meeting also includes a topic of interest for organizations (i.e. Social Media, etc.).

Local sport, cultural and community organizations are encouraged to attend the Stakeholder Meetings as they provide an opportunity to stay up-to-date on what is happening in our community, what services they can take advantage of, and it also allows organizations to network following the meeting.

The next Stakeholder Meeting will take place on Thursday, June 6th at 7:00pm in the Medicine Hat Exhbition & Stampede Grandstand Ballroom. 

The program will include a short update on the MHSEC, including a walk through of our brand new website, followed by round table discussion on current industry topics.
