Please read this important information prior to booking
Private group tours are $330 +GST.
We are now accepting bookings that will take place between November 24 and December 23.
Tours are approximately 90 minutes. Choose from 5:30-7:00pm or 7:30-9:00pm.
Private group tours can be booked Sunday to Thursday only. Friday and Saturday are reserved for public tours and not available for private groups.
The Trolley seats a maximum of 26 passengers.
All tours depart from the Visitor Information Centre located at 330 Gehring Road SW.
Once your booking request has been received an invoice will be sent to you at the contact email provided. Payment can be made by credit card via the provided invoice link, or in person at the Visitor Centre during regular office hours with credit, debit, cheque or cash. Payment must be made with 48 hours of booking to secure your spot. Payments are not accepted by the bus driver on the evening of the tour.
Important: Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.
We will reach out to the email provided on the form when we can confirm bookings.
If your preferred day and time are not showing, that means they are booked and unavailable.
Other important information:
- The trolley has a heat bt please dress for the weather to ensure your comfort!
- Warm drinks and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome on board for your ride.
- With winter weather being unpredictable, we will be monitoring the forecast leading up to your tour booking date. In the event of extreme cold or hazardous driving conditions your booking may need to be cancelled in the interest of everyone’s safety. In this case you will receive a FULL REFUND for any cancellations made on part of Tourism Medicine Hat.
- Please note that limited light displays are on on display prior to December 1st.
- You will be required to acknowledge each of these conditions when you book.
